The boyfriend and I took a small vacation over the 7/4 time up to the mountains, and it was nice (except for the sunburn). Sunburn never bothered me before, but I’m still peeling and the awful bubbling up of the boyfriend’s burn is causing me to gag as I write this, just remembering how awful a seasoned running with a tan white boy can get, gag. Then again, white boy was done sooner with the peeling than this semi-puerto-rican chick.
Anyway…we came home to a ton of birthday parties for the young (4), old (97), and friends and family staying over in our house. My friend Tom and has daughter were wonderful guests. It was so nice to have the boyfried’s one sister staying with us from Hawaii, where she keeps telling me to go. It was all good, but, I must admit? I'M PRETTY FUCK TIRED.That being said? I enjoyed all of my company so much, I would do it again in the blink of an eye.
