Reading E-books

I finally acquired the Sony Reader, and I'm excited. This weekend I spent a good deal of time figuring out which freebies I was going to take advantage of and it was hard (freebie = $50 off books and 50 free classic books.) I'm fairly well read and educated, but 50 classics, kinda hard.

Today I used it, more than my initial tests, and I love, love, love it. It's just like reading a book, but without the weight.

The bad: The connect book interface kinda sucks because it always brings you to the top of the list, and the search for specific is bad too. kinda makes it hard to wade through the classics. oh yeah, my boss bought one too. double time. kill me know.

The also bad: Connectbooks descriptions suck, so when i found a classic book i might want i had to research it somewhere else and then go back and start over. ugh. For 50 books.

When all that nonsense was done, I took a look at my wish list on barnes & noble and ordered 4 books cheaper than paper. +1.

The E-book I'm reading is Richard Preston, A Story of Passion and Daring

I would not have bought that book in print, unless it went discount, but i wanted it. The discount made me get it and it is good. It's my virginal experience.
