unless you were dead; then it'd be scary.

2005-09-13 - 6:30 p.m. Tio Tony es Uno Perro The flea market was okay, but truth be told all that dancing about left me in a leeetle bit of pain for five hours in the sun, though I weathered it. I ran into an old friend of the vigilance’s who was selling stuff, and I bought new earrings! They are the through the ear danglies, so they are going to be hard to lose. I could have been done in less time, but my partner in crime has a penchant for examining every article from all angles and is lured in by dollar sales. Personally, I have so much stuff already that I really have to fall in love with something before I spend time turning it around. However? I don’t mind looking, or being OUT IN THE FRESH AIR INSTEAD OF PLAYING POGO COOPED UP IN MY HOUSE ON A SATURDAY. Got sunburned. ‘Nuff said. The babysitting was good, as usual. The angel kept touching my shoulders and saying “you’re hot.” Yes indeed, thank you sunburn. On Saturday I got up at 6:30AM to get ready to flea. On Sunday, I got up at 6:30 to have time to relax before the angel woke up, which by the way was at 7:10. Besides all the food she ate, we played with the dollhouse, the toys, watched tv, drew pictures, and practiced her sleeping in the spare room, instead of with me and the Perro. Oh yeah, we practiced saying “Tio Tony es Uno Perro.” Other than that the Perro played ball with her in the yard, and we went to lunch with Mommy & Daddy. The Angel came up to me during lunch, hugged me, said “My Annie” and sat on my lap. Then, when it was time to go home? She didn’t want me to leave. The wailing was poignant and funny. “Annnnnnnieeeeee” I’m a damn good babysitter, but Tio Tony es uno Perro.
